No, staff apps work differently than a regular application, they sit for considerably much longer because the Senior Staff discusses the apps and who is ready for the position.

Sorry, but it seems like there aren't really many supports (especially from staff members which count the most), and there have been past complaints on your lack of maturity. :s If I remember correctly, you also just somewhat recently returned from an inactivity period, so maybe you should wait a bit in order to familiarize yourself with the rules again?
