If you want to become a citizen, go and apply in this section(www.kaise123.com/applications (http://www.kaise123.com/applications)), and if you want to add your friend to your house, you should ask a moderator if it's a world guard protection, if it's a residence protection then do /res pset (Residence name) (your friend's name) trusted true.
