Those screenshots don't really show what's going on? Could you please provide a detailed explanation as to why you want briantran3 banned?
Already discussed this with you in-game, you wanted to ban him just because you were about the verge of being banned for lava-killing, I warned both of the players and hopefully they won't do it again. The screenshots prove nothing at all. And @Baroom, I already asked him; he said that he thought it was allowed because brian lava killed him because he was lava-killing others (me455); So, I think locking this topic would be necessary.
