Confused

At spawn it says Modded clients are OK. But X-ray and ect. aren't. What mods are we not allowed to have? What mods can I have and use on the server?

You can use almost any mod in main world, but in survival you are not allowed to use any mod that give you a unfair advantage over other players (excluding: Minimaps and all mods on Kai's client)

You are allowed to use modded clients, But not 'hacks'. IE, Xray, any hacks that give less damage, invincibility, lag the server are not allowed. Flying, speed, minimap, radar, all those sorts of things are allowed in the main world. All this is detailed at: http://www.kaise123.com/serverrules

You can try, But it won't work on the server. Even if it shows up as working it will either glitch out, crash your client or it will just change to a lower level enchantment.

They probably did it via a plugin. You are welcome to try the mod yourself and if you could please tell me if it works or not, that would be great. I am VERY doubtful though
