God Items: Needing Clarification

Anyone may have god items,but they must purchase them, right?

In order for god items to be kept by the user, they must have been bought BY THE PLAYER THAT POSSESES THEM and they must be bought from a STAFF MEMBER ONLY. If you experience any Elites giving out god items for free, report them to the Staff members to be confiscated.

So, if you have any god items that you got from killing a player, and you didn't buy them they will be taken

Not quite. I'm going to clarify this in a sticky now.

You are allowed to obtain and keep god items at any rank, But they may only be bought from a Staff member for a price that I will now set. Elite's may NOT give out free God items, Nor sell them for any price. You can, however get god items by killing someone with them and keeping them.

Any Enchanted items above the default levels (IE enchantments to levels like 3000 when the default highest is 5) are ILLEGAL and will be taken away.

Ah, ok. Always thought you couldn't keep them if they were taken off another player...Eh, the more you know
