I haven't seen Leon on in a while has something happend?
I'm not exactly sure why but Leon was permanently banned or even IP banned, I'm not sure but I think as he was cheating rare blocks and giving them to his old faction Zenentrick, I hope this helps but I'm not 100% on my answers.
