Hm, I would suggest rereading this thread: http://forums.kaise123.com/index.php/topic,1307.0.html and then double checking if you have everything that's necessary. Also, maybe reading some other accepted Builder applications would probably be helpful to you as well! One thing that's definitely missing is the information as to why you would like this rank/why you think you deserve this rank. If you could write that in as well as create some more complex builds, that would be great. Thanks.
