News:This project is (If not obviously) on hold. Mostly due to the number of changes in Minecraft code in the last couple of updates, supporting them takes a long time. When/If the modding community stables out and things start getting updated promptly (Modding API??) I may pick this back up again.
Update December 2015: This is still on hold, however I have released a pre-release/beta client for Minecraft 1.8 (Compatible with 1.8-1.8.8 servers) (LINK). I recommend you read my reply to this thread for more information (Included mods, etc)What it is:My Minecraft client comes pre-packaged in an easy to use installer, and also with several useful mods should you choose to use them. This makes the game easy to install, and also improves your experience of the game without changing the core components, so that the game is enhanced but still relatively similar to the original.
Planned Features:These are mods or changes I wish to make in future releases of the client.
- Make a Mac version/Installer.

Useful things to know:If you are playing survival, or just doing a lot of mining, the AutoTool feature is really useful. If you open Options>ControlPack>Configure Options> Change AutoTool to ON. You can also change the order that it uses tools in. It makes it so that when you are mining a particular block it will automatically switch you to the correct tool for the block you are mining. This can be inconvenient if you are using something like WorldEdit and need to left click with the wooden axe, which is why it is off by default.
AutoBlock can also be enabled from Options>ControlPack>Configure Options. It makes it so that whatever you select (Left most by default) Will be placed automatically if you right click while holding a tool. This is very useful when strip mining, as it can be used with torches if you place them all the way in the left slot of your your hot bar and right click, and then continue mining without having to scroll at all to change the item your using.
AutoSword automatically selects your sword when you attack an enemy.
A new feature has just been introduced in client version 9.0, TabbyChat. It allows you to have a lot more control over multiplayer chat, And I reccommend that you look through the configuration by Shift-Clicking the main chat tab (When you open chat, It's the [X] in the top left of the chat area)
Troubleshooting/Help:This is a helpful section to read if you are having problems installing or running the game IE. Crashes, bugs etc. If nothing relevant is mentioned here, please reply to this post and I will help you usually same day.Things to do before asking for help:- Read anything written in the troubleshooting section

- Get the latest Java from HERE
- Make sure you have 64-Bit Java installed if on a 64-Bit version of Windows

READ: If the game crashes:When Minecraft crashes, it usually generates an error report. If it crashes, The launcher SHOULD re open, And show you a bunch of text. If you could copy and paste that and send it to me (Via eMail, forum post, PM, Skype) I'll help you as much as I can and fix bugs if I find them. If no error report is shown, Contact me and I'll walk you through finding and sending it to me manually.

NEED To have the correct version of Java installed for this to work. Just make sure you have got the most up to date Java from
http://java.com/download and that if on a 64 bit computer you MUST have the 64 bit version of Java installed. Just run it, and if it doesn't work check your Java first. If you need help, feel free to post
