There's one more reason. You didn't put any commands you know. WorldGuard, WorldEdit and Coreprotect. Correct me if I am mistaken.

Now, when I remember, you asked me about 10 times to check your app (in a kind way) and also on the forums. I had /socialspy on and I saw

Denied, you haven't waited a month since you last applied. You tried to fool us by deleting your last mod app which I denied, we have a 'junk' section you know, so that we can see posts that is deleted. Also, you spammed the hell out of me on Skype, which was not needed.
