Gamergirl, I am gonna ask you one last time to stop being so rude to me. My suggestion on this was supported by other staff so I posted it. If you do not like my suggestions you are not required to comment. Please, be nice to me.

o.o Um, I don't understand Lepid. I'm just saying many people don't like redstone, so ya they would still have to learn it for the new rank but they can put their talents to use.

And to Gamer Girl. I would just like you to stop commenting on my suggestions because you always have to shut them down. Plus, none of your reasons make much sense to me or are explained away in the post. **Edit** And that comment wasn't helpful. If you could edit it to make it more understandable and helpful I would love to understand ^.^

I have noticed, that many players get up to the rank Builder then stop. Many players don't understand redstone, like myself, so getting the next rank is hard and takes much effort that some just don't have. Redstone goes off onto another part of minecraft, while many people like the more creative side of minecraft.

I was thinking there should be another rank added. One that is equal to Engineer, but goes towards the more creative side. So, Builder is making something real cool and complex. This new rank could be making something bigger and more complex with redstone in some part of the build. So, if someone doesn't like redstone they can obtain a higher rank without failure. I think this new rank could be called Creator.

Adding to that, this is just an idea to balance out the new rank (Doesn't have to happen), Engineer should also have to be a little more creative. What I mean is, making an complex redstone thing, but making it look pretty.

So, if you obtain either rank, you have to add a little of the other rank in it as well, because they are equal ranks. I don't have any example builds for this new rank, but if I need to elaborate more just comment!

It does especailly as a fast growing server, like Kaise

By entities it removes items that are just sitting around. It doesnt kill animals.

Clear Lag Pluggin!

          It removes entites after a certain amount of time, it can help remove A LOT of lag and I have seen it on many servers before.I want this on Kaise because players/staff are always complaining about lag. This can get rid of items just laying around and speed the game up. And in survival, if you die you will have more of a reason to go find them faster, or the Clear Lag will delete them.

                   I believe killing live stock is much like a grief. Someone worked hard to get their animals from where ever then someone can come up and kill them with out punishment? I feel that's rude and mean. I really say it should be against the rules because it's something that on many servers is not tolerated or needed. This is also get the griefs and people who just wanna mess with others, to not wanna come on here because they know they cannot get away with things like that.

Not wif installing it ^.^ He just told me to install it and that it wouldnt break my computer. He helped me wif doing the actully using of the program ^.^
And I like posting unnecessary post becuase it makes it me happy and it is in the others area, so other more or less means random unnecessary stuff please ^.^

I believe making an application to get staff is a great idea. Now, what if you guys want to get rid of a staff member? I have a new idea, why not make an impeachment staff application. Where if a Level 5+ Staff member wants to get rid of another staff, they can make this application, and the other staff can support or deny the impeachment. This could be a really good way of finding out, how the other staff fell about the person being impeached and how the regular players feel as well. Weather they are helpful, or unhelpful or mean or not mean. ^.^ I hope you guys like this new idea.
