Hello! shuff here asking to be a citizen.

My IGN is shuff.I think I've been playing for about 1 month.
I hope to be of use to your server and maybe provide some comic relief from time to time.
i want to become citizen because i want to spawn few things and i can build more for anyone.and also i want to join a faction and go to survival spawn.
