Citizen Application for Vinemat

Hi! My IGN is Vinemat and I'm playing on this server for about a couples of months. I was banned for 30 days with no apparent reason but now I can use my account. I can't open my account in forum now because I can't open it with the password which is correct. So, Stephen ask me that he will use his account to apply me. I want to become a Citizen because I need basic stuff to spawn. I want also to join a faction. Thank you.
