StarcraftVideos ban had been extended to 10 days for bypassing his ban.

The evidence

Kima has been upped to an IP ban for bypassing a ban 3 times.

I have here, evidence that MrTroll was logged onto the server under a different name after being permanently banned from the server.
If I had more than 1 screenshot to show for it I'd give it, but when warned that he was bypassing a ban after admitting to it, he left immediately. He has been IPbanned.

My Real name is Wesley Jordon Latham, but my in game name is Alyxzandr69.

I've been playing on the server now for approximately a month, and this is the first server I've ever played on.
Though I've been playing on minecraft for about 3-5 years I wanna say.

I haven't had the opportunity like most others to have played on servers before now, mostly due to the lack of internet at my previous home. Now that I have access more openly to personal internet I am able to spend more time online and have devoted a fair amount of it to KCv2 ever since I found it.

I can, on a good day, play for 5 or more hours on the server other than that there can be a day here or there that I'm not able to get on.

I will be honest and upfront. Since I have not played on other servers before now, I don't really have any knowledge on World guard, world edit or any other plugins, mods, or commands like that. That is not to say that I could not learn them effectively, but that I do not at the moment hold that knowledge.

I am an upfront, honest, and adult person. Whenever the truth is requited I shall give it without hesitation and without prejudice. I'm not a liar and I'm not a pushover. If these are traits that you do not desire in a moderator then I shall peaceably bow out. I will not support nor will I condone ANY acts of Vulgarity, Profanity, or Disgusting behavior. It is not something that I agree with or appreciate. Again if this gives a negative outlook into who I am to the reviewer then please give your feedback accordingly.

I have thought about what it would mean to me to be a moderator on the server and what it would mean for the others around me. What I would do with the rank of moderator? It is explained that we should apply for this rank as if applying for a job, but that also holds true even through to the actual work part. There are times where you must be professional about your work and be focused, there are also other times where you can play around and have fun. If you wish to just "Play the game" Then you can go back to being a guest or a normal citizen, by asking to be a mod you ask that the responsibility over others be placed in your hands, and you are obliged to take responsibility for others actions and mistakes, which is not something done lightly. You're basically no longer a mere customer in some store but an employee of that store and you must uphold it's rules and regulations, or the caretaker of someone else's children as I've seen some as young as 9 years old on the server.

In putting in this application I clarify that I'm asking for and accepting that responsibility. I want to be able to help those around me in whatever way I am able. I want to be able to stand in the way of those who would wish to bring harm or offense to others as I've seen done so often whenever it seems as though nobody is watching. I hope that if granted the power I can live up to any expectations of me, and to repay the favor of being promoted to moderator by becoming a wonderful student, teacher, friend, and coworker.

As Shuff reported there was a guest named Fluffynuggets169 or as he called himself sspandabear I don't know who he is but whenever he got online he started spamming as you can see in screenshot 1. He whenever I asked him to stop spamming which continued for a good few minutes, he started spamming again asking if others wanted bedrock, when I asked how he got it, he said he could spawn it, and that he was a hacker, then threatened someone that he'd delete their account or hack it, and commented on doing it to someone else.

There's not much else I can do but relay the message to you guys up there and await your reply. Hope this was useful, hope it can be stopped, and hope it doesn't happen again anytime soon.

No Ranemist it wasn't to keep himself occupied. He was doing it because I asked him not to talk about stuff like that in main chat. I have more screenshots I just couldn't fit them all in 1 report. He was talking, IN MAIN CHAT, about how he was thinking about 2 females taping or as he put it "Teping" each other up. In other words female bondage. I asked him not to talk about that in main chat, he merely made a snide remark. I DO happen to notice though how HatsuneMiku has yet to be dealt with about her swearing as she has continued since. THIS is why I make reports every week, because people like Dj_Mellody, and HatsuneMiku make reports against others, but then fail to follow the same rules they wish others to follow. I follow every rule to a T that was on the Terms of Agreement that I signed in becoming a citizen of Kaisecraft, as well as any other rules spoken or unspoken throughout. I was asked by Zlexy or Kaise to stop reporting then I will. That or they would mute me on the forums, and I could respect that if I was being punished for doing something wrong, but I'm not. I just don't like to see children try to make an ass of themselves for their own enjoyment and the enjoyment of others. It's not cool, it's not right, and I'd never support it. As an Adult myself I can handle some humor here and there, I can handle some jokes here and there, but NOT when it is something stupid, vulgar, profane, or otherwise indecent. I would hope to expect others noticing such a thing to do the same.

Yellow, I've sat here with Skyler the last week while he has planned, drawn out, and schemed over what he was going to do.
He's gone online and looked at various other builds, done his research, and then tried to put that into a viable and outstanding castle.
If you read the app you'll see that Skyler has other plans as well for the castle, that's just the castle wall. If you're going to just go through and down people on their applications, as I can see that you've done through all kinds of apps, atleast take the time to read through them carefully. This actually isn't the only build that Skyler has been working on, it's just 1 that Sky hoped would be good enough for the builder application. I don't know what it's worth but Sky has my support.

While working on my build, our faction randomly was labeled as an enemy to Zenentrick, Whenever I inquired as to who do it and why, nobody confessed, they merely continued to spam the screen with (Your faction is now Neutral to Zenentrick) and then (Your faction is now enemies with  Zenentrick) I have reason to believe that it was Hatsunemiku. You can see in the screenshot that whenever I asked who was doing that, she only laughed. Though I have no REAL evidence to substantiate this claim, it is my personal opinion as I have had problems with her in the past. (Especially concerning the report I filed against her not but yesterday, on her cussing me and others out in main chat. I hope that an inquiry can be made and the truth be found. I'd hate for the entire faction to suffer from 1 persons pranks.

I hope that covers everything this time. Next time I'll have to remember to pay better attention and look up everything I can.

1. In this reports first screenshot you can see MrT spamming the word "ass" in main chat. He was calling me an ass for answering a question asked by AOCreation in main chat about potions which I happen to be quite good at and was able to answer him on the spot.
2.In THIS particular screenshot, which is most disturbing, mindtoit66 can be seen making vulgar depictions in main chat using normal characters. This was done only because he was flaunting himself as a heterosexual and making fun of me because I'm not. I don't take much offense to his remarks of me, but rather of his depictions shown to everyone on the server.
3.In these next 4 screenshots you can see the trouble that HatsuneMiku01 has been causing with a seemingly unyeilding use of 4.profane language and spamming. You can see also that the person is being asked to stop and merely swears at the request and  5.continues.

In light of the fact that I've been quite busy with my build I've been on minecraft alot, and I've been able to play witness to ALOT of rule breaking. I don't want to seem like a child, and I don't want to seem like I'm telling on people all the time so instead of being childish and spamming the report thread with lots of reports, I've decided to bide my time, save the screenshots, post a simple multi report and let the dice fall where they may.

Since I'm only allowed 6 screenshots to post so I may just have to make this part 1 of my report and make a part 2 right after.
But without further ado, here goes.

1.The first screenshot is of Crnobijelli using profane language. He was swearing at someone for griefing his build, Which was said to be of a Woman's Reproductive anatomical organ. I did not witness the structure myself as it would have been pointless and I was REALLY not in the mood to see someone try to make it. He was not the only 1 making it, and I did comment that such a vulgar build should not be attempted.
2.As you can see in Screenshot 2. Varpextor is Griefing the aforementioned female organ, so that it can be remade next to his supposed male appendage, which again I didn't not want to be a part of, and Random_Hero can be seen profanely swearing, spamming, and using caps.
3.In screenshot 3 therein lies a bit of a question. I'm not sure whether you're allowed more than 1 account on the server, as I was told that you are not, this is to avoid bypassing a ban. Where clearly, Gman has another Gman888, & Endy888 has also AngelinaShea. So I'm not sure about that, if it's not a problem then it can be disregarded.
4.You can see in Screenshot #4 that TriickyzTrix can be seen spamming main chat with "Heil Hitler" and "Shallah Bais" at such time almost everyone was speaking German in the main chat so everyone just joined in.
5. These last 2 screenshots, and for whatever reason I posted both just to show the amount. Kima can be seen spamming really
6. Badly in the main chat and then when asked not to do it he just laughed.

I am hoping to work my way up through the ranks, not only to help myself build and complete my builds, as I have a big imagination and have my sights set high, but also to allow me to help others a little more efficiently. I enjoy helping others and wish to be able to help them even further.

In my screenshots you are able to see what progress I have made on my underwater city, which I'm calling Atlantis. It's all underwater right now, there are 4 Rooms that are 50 wide by 50 long by 5 high. All encased in glass, and they are linked together by the underwater dome, that is still in progress. I've been very busy trying to get as much as I could completed so that I could get builder and hopefully be able to finish things a bit more efficiently. I hope to make a railway station beneath Atlantis, a Castle town off branched in the Nether, and there's is also a Harbor town just off a ways from Atlantis that is being started as well. I hope you will consider allowing me to be a builder and hope to hear any comments that you have, post haste.

              P.S. The bar that you see on the left side of the screen is just the residual effects of a mod I have for Single Player Minecraft it does nothing on the Server. The mod is called Pixelmobs.

Upon further review of the boat and situation. Jedwere may have used the hole made in the ship made by his buddy, who we in poor frame of mind added in, I still do believe that Jedwere was flying in survival due to the fact that not only myself but others saw him flying.

I am well aware that an Ip ban is 1 of the harshest forms of punishment available in this particular instance, and I am not one to try to just go out of my way to get someone in trouble or do things out of spite. The only reason I even thought of asking for the punishment was because I do not believe that just kicking jedwere out for him to come back on a different character and continue to harass people would be fair. Their are many who would like him to be kicked all together, but that's not fair of us to ask it, nor is it our decision to make. In closing I leave all decisions up to you, as they already are and leave my trust in your Judgement.

Zlexy this is personally to you. You've seen our ship. Jedwere FLEW onto our ship to raid us, and I have several witnesses I hope can vouch for it. I couldn't live long enough to take screenshots, so I hope witnesses are good. Imran17, lolikko, and I think moonshinesmusic can vouch that they saw him flying. You know there is no way on our big ship other than that. Please, I know it's not easy, but do something about jed. He's personally harrasing me and skyler. He's come to us 3 times now in the past 3-5 days to tnt our base and kill us to steal our land. I have a screenshot of him saying he doesn't like gay people. So I wonder if he's doing this just cause he knows me and skyler are gay. I'll leave everything else up to you. I wont be on minecraft again for a while since Jedwere is camping out on our boat. So I'll check back on the forums in the morning.

Jedwere of RessisTDS and Djmelody of the same faction. Posed as allies so that they could find where we were and raid us. They claimed our fort and killed us, and we had to respawn at /warp survival. Rokbel sat there and gaurded the space between safe mode and warzone so that he could kill EVERY player that passed. He harrased 3 of our faction members. Myself, Skyler, and Jonathan. He repeatedly killed us hindering us from getting to our land. I do not believe that gaurding a spawn point is aloud, ergo I'm reporting him for spawn gaurding.
