Let me cut to the chase. The offline explosions and the inability to use enderpearls to escape enemy territory and the inability to even do /spawn in enemy territory is plain weird. I find it strange that raiding is in a way discouraged. Furthermore I personally think that the following flags/settings should be enabled by default: offlineexplosions, pistons, enerpearls whilst in enemy territory, /warp and /spawn whilst in enemy territory (i think the time delay is enough for the enemy faction to have enough time to kill the intruder).
As i've mentioned the following flags render tnt and enderpearls useless...
I do find this is quite a problem. So I agree these flags should be enabled.
You can now warp out of Enemy territory, However if you are within 25 blocks of an Enemy, you cannot warp at all. I believe this also applies to /spawn and enderpearls (As I couldn't find anything specific to them) Let me know how this goes.
I've also allowed OfflineExplosions, And I was unaware that it was disabled. It used to be allowed by default, However it was changed some time ago in an update and nobody had reported it. If there are any other issues, Please let me know.
I have discovered another problem, don't know if it's intentional; I can't blow up chests...

In or out of faction land? It certainly isn't intentional.

Both. They just won't blow up.
I personally don't see it as a bad thing. It keeps all the items you're wanting to steal intact so none of it gets blown up by TNT. LOL.
Hmm. I guess I can fix it, I Think the default flags might be set to not allow the explosions of chests. If it's not that, It could be a WorldGuard thing. Do you think I should enable it?
Yes, definitly.
