Why I would want this rank: I would like to get Citizen to be able to spawn items and play survival

Yo, seems like your having troubles.
To post an image, i suggest you go to a website like imgur and register an account with your email.
From there you can upload those pictures to the site, and it will give you a link which you can post on the forums.

Other than that your info is alright
