I got my MineCraft from Torrent and I like pokemon, so i wanted to download the PixelMon mod to play. But I can't seem to find my mod folder, is there something wrong with the Torrents MineCraft?

What version of Minecraft did you download? There's no mods folder in Minecraft by default, you need to install a modloader like Forge in order to load mods from it. Forge is not yet out for Minecraft 1.7, so neither is PixelMon.
