due to some bugs i couldn't  post the images but now into the important  stuff

i have built a city but i am going to get a mod/admin to see if it is worthy of builder hopefully it is

Unfortunately, you can't just apply for Citizen, obtain it, and then just apply for Builder in the time span of like less than half a day. You're also missing a lot of info and for a Builder application, there should be screenshots.
