Yeah, the very old servercraft spawn had a similar thing to where you had to type a warp name to get outside the start area. At the time i was a complete and utter noob with MP and Commands and it took me 3 weeks to figure out what to do. Yeah, we're not a 99.999 x 10^99 % English based server so theres a chance people wouldn't know what to do, even at the simplest of areas.

Maybe they don't like/hate you. I normally ignore people I hate and I only reply to them if I am arguing with them.

You have absolutely no idea what its like to be staff do you? As a staff member on ANY server, you have a duty TO answer players, no matter if you hate them or dislike them, that is also the reality of the real world my friend.

Anyway shuff, as a moderator, you really do have the activity which is a positive, yes there are a few 13 year old mods we have but thats because they have exceptional behaviour and maturity level for their age. I think that with a bit of altering, less raging and other sort of behavioural changes you could do it. Also a bit of English improvement would be helpful for increased understanding (Trust me, English is easy as hell to pick up, im not english and i picked it up in a matter of months when i moved here)  but for now Im going to have to say no support.

I stand nowhere on this, neither do i care what happens as i cannot access the server so i will happily support any decision that is made, BUT man you messed up the survey. on Question 1, "Do you want survival to be reset" it should be a straight yes no i dont know answer, option 4 is a reason, and doesn't stand well in the options.
Question 2 is also confusing, as i personally cannot tell the difference between Now (1.7) or Next Update, as they are both the same thing.

But yeah, as i said i cant say much due to my inactivity but i think the majority would like a survival reset, apart from the few loosing their life's worth in bases and items.

This app is almost a complete replica of Vipers app, there are slight changes but 80% of this is a straight unmodified copy. Apply next month if you wish but please write your own app and don't copy nearly an entire app.

Im in high doubts that a few months until that 15 bar is going to affect you in any major way, so i wouldn't even worry about that area, after all, im still the same immature asshole i was back when i first got staff at the age of 13 :3

Aaanyway, Im not fully against you or fully for you, its a sort of firm dead-centre for me. I know you have tendencies to lash out but then again i know you're not a complete and utter moron.

To be a good moderator, in game you're gonna need to know the difference between moderator manners and your personality, if you can effectively lock out the "I hate you all" attitude we all get sometimes i believe you can do it. Small fine tunes here and there and i would gladly give you my full support, but for now, i wish you luck in this endeavour.

As far as second chances go, im on the same boat as Zlex on this. As many people there are that may have been demoted that stack up on the list, your attitude by far was the most jackshit i've ever seen. Not only did you completely ignore players, you took the opportunity to talk in /msg chat while avoiding doing things.

As much as you may say you have improved, I recall about 2 months ago me, Leon and wolf found your facebook page and subsequently found other MC server forums you were a part of. Not only did you completely slag off Leon HERE on the forums, but you removed a completely valid post he made on the page, showing how self centred you are in order show off only your good side. I also recall seeing an Un-ban appeal due to some power abuse.

I highly doubt your personality is any different, as much as you may now actually listen and respond to the players that ask for help, Im completely drawn away from any conclusions and reviews people may have of you, as the majority of the Sr Staff we have here have seen what a true stuck up bitch you may be.

ban report says you got banned for 9 days, and that's the only ban report i can find under your name, it's staying.

The way that we do prefixes is that we use black brackets on every title eg [Moderator] or [Elite], and the colour code at the end is &0] and the way MC works is that everything after &0 or whatever colour code is turned into that colour, in your case it turned your name black because there wasn't a colour code after the bracket such as '&0]&f' which would have turned your name white. anyway yeah uhm when whoever was doing your prefix or whatever, they forgot to set a colour after the bracket which turned your name black.

The only thing stopping me from watching 'Familiar of Zero is "The series was left unfinished due to the author's death on April 4, 2013.". I get sad enough when a good Anime finishes... let alone if it's unfinished.

Lolwat, The anime itself is finished, the 4 seasons are actually complete, and the story ties up. Well it doesn't tie up to the point where it can't be continued, but it definitely has a good ending.

I too am curretly watching Mirai Nikki *High 5*. Hmm favourite wise i haven't really got a definite choice but i recently finished watching this one called "Zero no Tsukaima" (Familiar of Zero) which is absolutely f**king amazing. Its four 12 episode seasons of amazing story, sadly the creator died a few months ago from cancer (RIP). My other fav one which fits into a more 'Adult' category is Highschool DxD (I ain't explaining it huehehe) which has just literally released the final episode of season 2.

If you really want to try something different theres this one called Akikan, its basically about soda cans that can turn into girls which have fighting abilities and dislike (or like) eachother based on the material their can was made from (Steel or aluminium). The story in this is pretty cool if you follow it.

Another one is this one called Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanjo which focuses on an English/Japaneese girl called Shiina that is an amazing artist that wants to become a manga writer but has no sense of self needs and needs people to look after her, which is all put onto this guy who is living in this place called "sakurasou", which is a dorm house that houses the "bad" people or financially broke students that go to the school <-- really awesome.
