i wanna be builder ive already build 3 house and two statues sorry i i dont have a picture of it

You need to wait a certain time limit to apply for builder since you just recently applied for citizen (1 month I believe, maybe shorter, I'm not entirely sure.) Also when you are able to apply for builder make you sure add a lot more information to why you want builder and add more pics  ;)
