Someone please help i all ready have builder but i want to help someone with elite rank only to help this server

I don't get it, you want to buy someone Elite rank? If you want to buy Elite do /buy when you are in game and just follow the instructions.

NOTE* Elite rank can not be achieved by application, you pay for that rank (REAL MONEY)
