Somewhat of a problem

People can overwrite warps with /setwarp and it's getting annoying 
Even citizens can do it.

Ugh... That's annoying. :/ Also there is no message displayed when a warp is existing.. There used to be and it would be great to have this back.

Someone overwrote the warp to butter town. It is fine now but fajitas had tried to warp to his town and found that it was in the wilderness. But thankfully I had a res of mine set there so I was able to TP to it. Anyways what I am trying to say is that some immature player thought it would be funny to overwrite butter town.  This is a problem

I honestly don't have a clue why this is happening. Nobody but Mods+ Should be able to overwrite, and only builders+ should even be able to CREATE a warp. Nonetheless, when I update to 1.4.5/whatever the final 1.4 version is I'll rewrite all the configuration for it.

There was a player online yesterday called vincent something and had claimed the enderfarm to be owned by him.
