Hi,my I.G.N. is BlackEye (VIPER1302). I am playing on this account for two days. Reason why I want to be Citizen on this account is because I want gather again all free ranks. I want to try to do all cities and builds again. I want help to players from this account too. I made house without using my Engineer possibilities to spawn things. I hope that it's good. Thanks!!
