Can you make tnt can be used in cave or place that you own.That would be awesome.People will be able to mine with tnt.

There is no way of doing so, there is no plugin which does that; and manually placing tnt everywhere is literally impossible.

Well, you causing TNT in survival, and if you get your mining xp really high, you get no cobble and double the ores that gets blown up :)
