I checked your faction permissions a while ago, turns out you gave recruites and, not members permission to edit permissions and disband the faction. So I think this may of been your fault the fact why it was disbanded.

There was no glitch, recruits don't have them permissions unless YOU give them it.
Either way I saw this a couple of days ago, so you had plenty of time to fix it.
