Well i was trying to spawn stuff earlier today and i couldnt,so i decided to apply for citizen
Why i want citizen:Well i want it to increase my rank like if i say anything no one can see it.So,I need citizen for the above.I want to be a moderator like TheDarkWolf because he is awesome.

you need to add the reason why do you want to be a citizen and add how long have you been playing on the server
