Update 13/02/2013 - Dynmap, PvP World News and More Protections!

Soo when i had my old server i had dynamap installed. I'm not sure if this has been changed or anything but
it used to/does create a way for hackers to get into the server and mess with it. I had this happen once when some
hacker came onto my old server and made himself an admin, removed all protections, and screwed up my pex
config

This shouldn't happen if linux permissions are set correctly (Which they are)
