Title: [Help] How Would I Create a Minecraft Server?
Post by: hunterbonx on March 28, 2013, 03:59:36 PM
I know there was a topic about this before but, I have an extra question to ask.
How would I make a new server if I have made one before and I can't delete it?
So. I Have made a server before but turned out really bad, so I decided to make a new one, but, it said the new server was running on the same port as my old one.
It says I must delete the old files in order to make this new one. But I cannot find these old files.
Can someone help me please?

Your old server folder can be hidden
And you can portforward another port like 25585 and then change the port to 25585 in the server config

Reboot your computer, then run the new server. If that doesn't work, Then you need to make sure that the 'server-ip' field in server.properties is blank.
