Why do I want this rank: I miss that expectancy when you post your app, that felling when you get a new rank. And, just sometimes, I want to play Minecraft in peace, just sometimes, I don't want to be bothered with "Can you accepted my App for citizenship, pls, pls". And I want to progress on this account, so I need materials for my builds and maybe, one day, I will apply for Builder
*NOTE: I didn't used any Mod powers to help me with builds (beside I build on my flat island)
