Griefed a lot of diamond blocks.

Ban Type:
EDIT: Permanent Banned, banned before and he bypassed IP his ban twice.

He was already sentenced to a perm ban a while ago and was just unbanned a few days ago, shouldn't it be a perm ban for good now?

Extended ban to permanent, he was banned before and he bypassed IP ban twice. Also I found some griefs (not minor ones).
