He first asked me to teleport to him, when I did he killed me with lava. Then He teleported my my house he killed my chicken farm. We then blocked him in with iron bars so he was not able to go anywhere. I hope you do something about this because I don't want anyone else dealing with griefers.

There is no evidence here suggesting that he did any of those things, Only that he is blocked somewhere.
You should not have accepted his Teleport request.
