Anyone Random_Hero invited me to a faction. He told me to go /f home, I went and then he kicked me and killed me. Anyone can you do something about it? Like temp-ban him or ban him?

That is allowed. When in the Survival world, People are allowed to do pretty much whatever they want apart from hack. You need to be careful who you partner up with and don't accept random people/teleport to random people who you don't trust.
