Title: HaleStale's Texture Pack (Also a few others)
Post by: raid3r on June 15, 2013, 07:35:48 PM
Alright, here's a post to prove that I'm alive :P I like Texture Packs, but I only use a few. Since I PvP a lot on lots of servers, I tend to use a texture pack that helps me do it. HaleStale's PvP Texture pack gets you a good crosshair for bows which I use a lot. Fire texture has been lowered, giving you a better line of sight while being on fire. Potions effects show up at your screen, and It's really effective since you don't have to mash your Inv key to see 'em. Swords look like katanas (Well, also like a Ninja-To or other types of Tsurugi weapons) Blocks quality have been toned down a bit, but It's okay, since it reduces lag (Kind of does :P). Other good packs for the same purpose are PlastPack, which gives cool sword designs and a fancy simple GUI. Vivid colors and low fire included once again. Other alternative is Faithful, which I'm guessing we have a topic for  :D
