Why do not now the server gives to earn money?
I'm not 100% sure what you are asking but if its regards to how to earn money on the server...
The best way to earn money is too sell things, that could be rare stuff such as diamonds and ores that sell for a high price, or just things that you just want to get rid of.
Try asking someone or messaging them to see if they want to buy something. But do not spam the chat asking people to buy stuff
You are asking about not getting money while killing mobs, sorry dude but it's glitched right now. It should be fixed ASAP. Sorry for the inconvinience and thanks for the report :/

Fixed it now.
@goncalotuga; You may now earn money on the server by killing hostile mobs (Creepers, Zombies, Skeletons etc)
You can aslo earn money by trade with trade signs or auction is comming soon i think.
