We must refferer more people.
I think people should be rewarded for that.
If newbie that is reffered by name, type /reffered by name,
name gets money reward.

The only reason we don't already have this is because it's an offline-mode server, So people could just log in on multiple accounts to get money.
Can you make players can be reffered just from diffrent ip.
