Reasons i want to become a Moderator : -First of all, with the new update i lost all of my houses and i don't feel like making new ones so enjoy helping other players with their creations. Some of these players are Tal1123 with his very big house, nikos404 with his extremely large mansion and his village, tony1811 with his house, SkeletonHD with his house, treehouse and house in the ocean, iTeChSD with his territory protection, zelda with his house and territory protection and 7-8 more Guest ranked players whose names i can't remember.
-Second, i was a trial moderator in the LDShadowLady Fan made by a friend of mine, so i know what is the job of a moderator.
Reputation : I don't really know, most of the players seem to like me and especially Elites (mkm98 Ultraminer), Moderators(Leon thrax Hansolo), and one Admin (Baroompshyco).
Only one negative : i know only the basics of WorldGuard

Not really saw you in-game but based on your app i'm gonna say no support
Your application is lacking in many areas, its very short, it could be much neater (Make headings for different paragraphs) And you need way more commands (World edit is not necessary)
I agree it's lacking in a lot of areas and there's just not that much there i was looking at a few others that were huge and this one could defiantly use some improvement.
