I've been on the server for 11 Months. I do my best to be on the server in any way I can, whether it's through Dynmap or being online in the server itself. I do my best to solve serious player conflicts such as Pvp guidelines, Griefs, who stole what, etc. I was the first player to achieve the Engineer Rank. If I'm on the server, I'm also online on Teamspeak.
Knowledge:
I know how to use Coreprotect, World Guard, World Edit and Residence. I'm currently studying how to use HTML code and from what I've learnt, I see that HTML code is really similar to BBcode. I know how to lock and unlock forum pages. If I have a lack of knowledge on something, I am willing to learn.
World Guard:

/god -Gives the player invincibility. -Only for Elites+
/stoplag -Kills/ Removes all entities and mobs on all worlds (Main and Survival.)
/stoplag -c -Undo's the /stoplag command.
/region define [Name of Area] [Owner 1] [Owner 2] -One of the most basic and important commands in World Guard, it sets the area and the owners of the area.
/region flag [Area Name] [Flag] [Allow/ Deny] -Sets the given flag to the given area.
List of important flags:

pvp -Allows/Denies pvping in the area.
mob-spawning -Allows/Denies the spawning of any mob in the area..
lightning -Allows/Denies the striking of lightning in the area.
chest-access -Allows/Denies the use of chests in the area.

water-flow -Allows/Denies the flow of water in the area.
lava-flow -Allows/Denies the flow of Lava in the area.
use -Allows/Denies the use of Buttons, Pressure plates, Levers and Doors in the area.

/region addowner [Owner] -Adds an owner to the given area.

World Edit:

/up 1 -Makes you move 1 block up and places 1 block of glass underneath you.
//wand -Gives you one of the most powerful tools on the server, it enables the use of World Edit.
//set -Sets the block of choice for the given area.
//replace -Replaces all blocks in the area, except air, to the block of choice.
//walls -Sets walls around you at the given height and the given block of choice.
//stack -Stacks the selected area at the direction chosen.
//regen -Regenerates the original land that used to be in the area.
//cyl -Creates a cylinder filled with the block of choice.
//sphere -Creates a sphere filled with the block of choice.
//pyramid -Creates a pyramid filled wih the block of choice.
//drain -It drains lava or water at the given radius.
/fixwater -It fixes any water that might be glitched/ flattens an uneven water area.
/fixlava -Does the same as /fixwater but fixes lava instead of water.
/butcher -Kills all entities of choice for the given world (Default is Main world).
/tree -Spawns a fully grown tree at the selected area.[/spoiler]
Core Protect:
[spoiler]/co i -Inspects the area of choice.
/co rollback -Rollbacks the area of choice/ the damage that a player has done.
/co restore -Undo's everything that /co rollback does.[/spoiler]
Residence:
[spoiler]The area to be protected by Residence is marked with a wooden shovel.
/res select vert -Selects the whole area from the sky limit up to bedrock.
/protect -Protects the area that was selected.
/res set [Area] [Flag] [True/False] -Sets the given flag to the given area.
List of important Residence flags:

bucket -Allows/Denies the use of buckets in the given area.
flow -Allows/Denies the flow of water/lava (See waterflow and lavaflow).
piston -Allows/Denies the use of pistons.

waterflow -Allows/Denies the flow of water; Needs the flow flag to be set to true.
lavaflow -Allows/Denies the flow of lava; Needs the flow flag to be set to true.
cake -Allows/Denies the eating of cake in the area.
enchant -Allows/Denies the use of Enchantment tables in the area.
brew -Allows/Denies the use of brewing stands in the area.
table -Allows/Denies the use of crafting tables in the area.
lever -Allows/Denies the use of levers in the area.
button -Allows/Denies the use of buttons in the area.
door -Allows/Denies the use of doors in the area.
pressure -Allows/Denies the use of pressure plates in the area.

Why I want this rank:
I'd like to help players with their builds, protecting, selling materials, W.E. help, etc. I am also there to enforce the rules, give justice to those who are just, ban any griefers, restore any griefed areas, etc. I know that there are tones of staff members already, 21 to be exact, but the server could use a few more hands to keep the server up. Also, there are hardly any staff members on in my Timezone. The only staff member I see when I'm on is Leonmundt, and there is a 4 hour gap where there's no staff member online. I see a few staff members doing their best to be on at 12 am or 3 am at their timezones. I'd like to lift some weight off of their shoulders and let them have a few hours rest before they go back to their normal lives in real life.
Reason for Demotion:
W.E.'ing diamond ore and not protecting it.
How I've changed:
The incident happened over 6 months ago and I spend every single day thinking about what I could have done right, what I could have done to prevent what happened before. Over that time, I've learnt my lesson and grown maturer over those 6 months.
Well, that's all I've got.

People change after making mistakes han,so give him another chance because I saw he matured a lot after his mistake and hasn't done any other mistakes with his new elite rank.

I'm sorry if I've done anything to offend you or lose your trust, thanks for your opinion though!
...the uninvolved needs to stay out of these areas especially when the comment isn't something necessary... and no offense, even though I agree, its not necessary especially coming from someone who don't have what he says for someone else to have.
