Title: Powertools in survival
Post by: BlueStar5 on November 10, 2013, 09:52:07 AM
So in mainworld a few weeks ago I put the powertool "fireball" on my stick. I had a stick in my survival inventory and when I left clicked part of my base was blown to shreds. I was wondering if there's a way to fix this so no one uses it in survival, not entirely sure if that's possible. Thanks for reading, hope this will be fixed :)

WOW. @_@

I'm pretty sure the power tool command isn't available to anyone that's lower than the Mod Level 1 rank, so I don't think we have to worry about anyone abusing it in survival (unless someone does decide to abuse it, of course).

Dis needs tah be fixehd. D:>

Impossible to fix. Things like this are just globally applied, So as far as I am aware there is no way to have them checked and removed when worlds are changed. Anything that binds to an item will go across worlds, as the permission is only for the command itself, it's not checked later on to see if you are still allowed to keep it.

If it's found to be abused by staff, they can be expected to be fired or at least demoted. They will also lose permission for /pt in the main world. Don't ruin it for everyone!
