What exactly are all these and why are they on the wiki? I know that some are supposed to be there but there are quite a few "spamish" looking ones.

Those are ad pages, you uncultured swine. ( Easily counterable through bot protections on the wiki )

Yeah they are spam. I'll remove them and add a captcha to adding/editing pages.
