Your screenshot really doesn't prove anything, other than a spammer and Nexius telling you to stop. You could've just easily TP'd/flew away from the scene. Not saying you didn't do it, but why would you take a photo after he said that? Did you immediately assume that he'd bust you out? Just simple ethics, mate. (Also, with that included spammer, I kind of have the feeling he was hiding something for you, but that's just my opinion.)
i took the screen shot so i could show it to a mod and get that guy muted i have never done anything like this before why would i do it now the same day i go out for mod
