Kakus griefed most of a house.

I am appealing to this ban very strongly. Follows, is my reasoning for this. I'm sorry if it is long.

It contains pics of the house you say i griefed. This was MY house. Built by ME!
I came back to the server after xmas break to find that the res protection i had on this area had been stolen. i sent a message about it and got a reply from kaise. I thought at the end of the day I will not bother taking this any further. I have lost the house i'll move on but i wanted my stuff. I got in the side of MY house through the wall. You may call it griefing as its now the property of this "epasoumuitobom" bloke, but i call it MY house. I took as many materials as I could from MY property. I still see them as mine.

You'll note that at the end of the thread I provide co-ords of the house in question and i think you will find that it matches perfectly with the house that you claim I griefed.
You can even look at the screenshot on smooves ban letter. It says the res area and owner are "jucasmine" and "epasoumuitobom".
I ask you, is it griefing when its property that you yourself built?
I'll be honest, i didnt care before about getting the house back but now can i request that is is put back under my protection and this "epasoumuitobom" bloke be banned instead of me.
I also suggest that smooves gets his facts right before total ban hammer is thrown. It seems on this server its guilty until proven innocent.

Sorry kakus, I remember seeing your post of losing your residence, and smooves make sure you check who built the house before you ban.
But one thing, why did you destroy your own house in the first place?
im a citizen. i cant spawn anything. everything costs time to find and make, im sure you understand that. after i lost the house i tried to recover some of the bits that were in it, switch lights, bricks. fence etc.
i guess i should have waited for someone to fix it for me but im a bit of a loner on the server :)
