Ban type: Permanent ban/Ip ban

Reason: Placing large amounts of lava and water on another individual's home, then claiming it was his home when he was exposed, even though it clearly wasn't. Logging into different accounts to by-pass ip ban even when told not to. (Multiple times + multiple warnings)

Witnesses: Sr.Mods: CrimsonTornado, Skulker150
Other Ranks: (Donator) Mr_Filip

Aren't Filip and Fredd like brothers/friends? They both do stuff like this.

also griefed 690 blocks within a 100 block radius in raperv26's town.
