No, please work on your app a little bit more. Your pictures are OK, to say the least; You need to include around the exact time played, you can't just say "oh, I forgot"; Your "why" reason is pitiful and you should feel bad for it, if you really care about getting this rank so much then you need other reasons than to just get the Engineer position (which with the attitude portrayed in this app, you will NEVER receive). Sorry if I came on a little strong but you need to seriously work on your app.

We have a staff list to help people find who can help them in situations. If we were to make a list specifically for engineers, then we'd need to make one for all the other ranks to keep it fair...and that would take forever and would be unnecessary. There also really is no dire reason to add a list for Engineers or other ranks, either, unless you can somehow prove me wrong.

If you're talking about on the forums, there's a toolbar specifically for text effects found right here:



The green backgrounded capitalised G on that toolbar is the effect that makes your text "glow"
The shadowed capitalised D on that toolbar creates a shadow effect
The moving capitalised M on that toolbar creates a marquee effect, which we don't really want many people using too much.

Disregarding the red box I highlighted, there are a few other text effects on the same screen, though you can just mouse over them to see their descriptions

Yeah, you need better builds than pixel art. It is cool and all, but for Builder it just wont cut it (Also, supports don't make a difference on these apps btw). The written application is fine, you just need more complex builds

The main reasons that not many people take too kindly to you is that you have the compulsory action to make new accounts/egos over and over again, and that you have a sort of cocky attitude. You aren't necessarily "spamming" the forums, per se, but you're flooding the forums with alter egos that really don't need to be made. Trust me, if you look back a little bit you'll find that there are MUCH worse people than you that have a tendency to "spam" (ex. People who post on citizen applications too much or make unnecessary threads).

Because of that and the age limit issue, there's not that much of a chance of you being accepted at the moment.
