Step 2. Find Web Proxy and type in that address bar (under webproxy) www.thepiratebay.com

You can also download Hotspot Shield it lets you access any blocked or illegal website.

Well, um, TPB is pretty cool, it let's you get just about any program, movie, song, or even game for free(if you didn't know)
