And Black_Ops was speaking with other language when me and benja told him English Only and benja tried to tell him to do /msg , but he didn't listen and continued speaking some other language

Benja, this is an unfair ban. In essence he has done nothing wrong.

He tried  to kill you. This failed because you have god mode enabled. It was Black ops fault for having pvp enabled.
