How do people get survivor? And survivors can change their name,so it's better then engineer but worse than donator? Please explain!

Bunni, [survivor] is the prefix you get as soon as you enter the survival world, it doesnt give you any special commands or anything. And the people with [survivor] and a coloured nametag are vips or engineers who are in the survival world.
