My minecraft. jar doesnt have any folders and when i try to install mods i appears the black screen wich mean i dont deleted the META.INF. But how i delete the META.Inf if my minecraft.jar doesnt have  any folders?

Can someone help me?

Try to force update and when you open .bin file scroll to the end, maybe maps are at the bottom of the file

Have you tried removing the whole .minecraft folder and then force updating your minecraft?

Remove your whole .minecraft folder then launch MC and let it download. Then you should be able to install mods as normal.
