IP Ban (Perm) TrollFace, and many other names

I have banned TrollFace and his many other names that he logged in as, as we tracked different names to his IP address, trying to threaten to hack us. He used names related to hacking and Nodus.

Any evidence can be found in the logs, and in the staff skype chat.
