Ok yes I did get banned and I did take the diamonds, but not for stealing (Impaler accidentaly unprotected the town), I took the diamonds to protect them so they won't get stolen and put them in a safe place, then I gave back like 8 stacks of diamonds because something happened to the rest and put them not in the same chest; but in the middle chest from the single chests. You can check the chest and the previous activity.
If you do not believe me it is fine, I understand. This is NOT WRITTEN FOR AN UNBAN, it is written for you guys to think of me not as a stealer or a bad guy. I just want people to know that Quadro... the town owner, knows about this and he knows that I gave him the diamonds.
I protected his house because he didn't know how to, so I protected it under my name but added him to the residence as well as saca26 ... This is only temporally until the mods fix the town's protection.

You can use LogBlock check on the single chest in the middle which has around 8 stacks of diamonds.

I mean even if you didn't take them, someone undoubtedly would, or even yet, wouldn't.

Even if you tried to protect them by taking them, You shouldn't, it can still be considered theft and therefore ban-able.

It is absolutely fine, I'm not looking for an unban.
I just didn't really know what to do so I just took them and waited for the guy to go on to give them back, and I did give them back but not all, just most because something gone wrong with the rest.
I just want people to know that The Diamonds Are Returned And They Will Not Be Stolen By Anyone Else. And I promise to not take them or atleast USE A SIGN to tell the guy/girl that I have his/her diamonds safe and write when they were taken, why they were taken, and by who they were taken ... And how to get them back.
