I didnt apllyed to citizen i was too advanced for that. Tricky aaccepted my builder app. I never madea citizen app.  And look. I never thought that i needed citizen app too get builder. It doesnt say. And i had too good  creations to want a simple citizen . Im sorr y for my bad atittude. Im just pissed because i lost all that matters in the server. Regards from Portugal

In order to gain Builder rank you have to be Citizen first
