Denied. Sorry, but you have to have been Builder for at least 3 weeks. However, in the meantime, you can make more complex redstone builds! When you reapply, don't forget to write a good solid paragraph as to why you would like this rank/why you think you deserve this rank. Double check you have everything in your application by maybe rereading this thread: http://forums.kaise123.com/index.php/topic,1308.0.html and you can also read some accepted Engineer applications!
